Pineapple Cilantro Cast-Iron Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp
  • 3 tbsp Rhoot Man Pineapple Cilantro Shrub
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

Marinate shrimp for 20 minutes. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side. Finish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
