Fresh Mango Shrub Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Rhoot Man Mango Shrub
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.

Perfect with fish, shrimp, tacos, or tortilla chips.
