Goat Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients

• Flatbread
• Goat cheese
• Arugula
• 2 tbsp Fig & Vanilla Shrub
• Optional: Spread Fig jam, add prosciutto

Instructions

1. Bake flatbread with goat cheese at 375F for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges of the flatbread are crispy and the goat cheese is warmed
2. Drizzle shrub over top.
3. Finish with arugula.

The Fig & Vanilla flavor is especially good with roasted Brussels sprouts, bacon, goat cheese, and barbecue dishes.
