Cucumber Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cooked baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Cucumber Shrub
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Mix shrub and yogurt into a dressing.
  2. Toss with potatoes and dill.
  3. Chill before serving.
